About ace container builds
Mission Statement
Our mission aims to build equal affordable homes made of recycled shipping containers. These single-family homes will not only last 20-30 years with little to no maintenance; the homes will also be equally affordable, self-sufficient, and environmentally friendly. We plan to mostly have a base layout to keep cost and impact on the environment low; however, we do encourage custom orders. We are happy to announce that the homes will also be used as temporary short-term rentals for a limited period of no more than 5 years and then most will be sold. The purpose of this is that I have noticed an increase in inflation, rising mortgages, homelessness, and rent to name a few. People are working in cities they cannot afford to live in. So, I am aware that more people are needing to relocate but maybe not permanently. I'd like to provide the opportunity for anyone interested in a livable working creative space using 20 ft & 40 ft containers or more. We like to think of this as an opportunity to get more in-person hands-on experience.
