About ace container builds
Mission Statement
My name is Christopher McCain, and I am the CEO, Founder & Lead Designer of Ace Container Builds LLC, where “We’ll build them, you’ll enjoy them!” I am a Wilmington, NC, native as well as a current resident. I have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, and over 15+ years of customer service, amongst other endeavors, and I decided this was the perfect location to begin my legacy of building equally affordable homes made of shipping containers. I believe the world is changing, and we need to change with it because change energizes us. Reducing consumption does not have to mean reducing the layout of a home. I aim to design these homes with a purposeful vision, that the homeowners will be contributing to a new concept of development. Repurposing abandoned lots, buildings or vacant spaces will give new meaning to single-family homes. Capital will be maintained by reinvesting into additional properties as well as the business; this process will be continued and repeated to create a residual capital income while also keeping operating cost low. Ace Container Builds will offer: 2BD/1BA (Phase One), 2BD/2BA (Phase Two) & 3BD/3BA (Phase Three) Standard Housing Options (SHO). Sale ranges will be determined by each phase. Target Market: First-time homebuyers, traveling employees, remote-workers, college students, section 8, temporary housing, replacement homes after disasters, non-profits & new single-family housing to name a few.
